**Role Summary**:
We are recruiting for a Health and Wellbeing Manager to join the Health, Safety and Environment Leadership Team. The role is based at our Perth Forrest Centre site and is being offered as a Permanent Full-Time opportunity.

The Health and Wellbeing Manager will lead a team that partners with the whole business in the development, implementation and governance of Health and Wellbeing activities.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Develop and lead the overarching health and wellbeing improvement strategy for Synergy.
- Lead a team of health and wellbeing professionals.
- Lead the management of psychosocial risk within the business. This includes assessing risks, monitor trends, and provide insights to leaders.
- Provide guidance around Health and Wellbeing risks associated with our major projects pipeline and current operating sites.
- Manage and oversee the implementation of workplace health and wellbeing standards and practices. These include occupational hygiene, health surveillance, employee assistance and fitness for work programs.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Degree qualification in Health or a similar background.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a utility or heavy industry environment providing advice and support to the workplace in the areas of occupational health, hygiene and injury management including workers compensation management.
- Experience in developing and executing functional strategic plans to enhance the organisations health and wellbeing performance.
- The ability to lead and develop a team to excellent performance.
- The capability to influence a large and diverse group of stakeholders though building strong relationships.
