GHD is seeking a highly experienced Safety, Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team in Northam. As a key member of our Operational Asset Management Support Service (AMSS) contract with Main Roads Western Australia, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients' employees.
About the RoleWe are looking for a professional with 7-15 years of relevant experience in safety management, preferably in an operational organization. Your sound understanding of WHS regulations and certification in Lead Investigation (ICAM or similar) obtained within the last 5 years will be invaluable in this position. Additionally, your internal auditor certification and ability to implement and train safety systems will enable you to make a positive impact on our clients' businesses.
As a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the safety function for the Wheatbelt area, including site inspections and audits, facilitating toolbox meetings, and incident management. You will also contribute to records management using MRWA systems and software, including TRIM, INX (EQSafe), and Risk Management protocols/guidelines.
What We're OfferingIn return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
