The Strategy Governance and Staff Wellbeing team leads change through safety programs and initiatives and promotes a health and safety culture across the Department. Key services include strategic project delivery, staff wellbeing, policy and risk, research and analytics, business governance, systems support, and communication and engagement.

**About the role**
To succeed in this role you will be able to:

- Conduct all project administration including the collation of documents / feedback received during consultation and maintains filing systems
- Maintain all unit shared inboxes by responding to all incoming requests, sharing information, and escalating any issues, as required
- Maintain team tracker ensuring tasks are entered, updated and marked as complete, as required
- Co-ordinate workshops and meeting schedules
- Prepare all meeting agendas, minutes and action logs
- Conduct internal testing on training programs, systems and intranet, as required
- Format and proof correspondence and documentation, as required
- Build relationships with staff and stakeholders to support program and service development
- Process and monitor financial transactions and purchasing services

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**About you**

You use your existing skills to adapt to new situations and show commitment to achieving work goals.

You can accommodate and respond with initiative to changing priorities and operating environments. You can demonstrate a sound understanding of technology relevant to the work unit including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. A previous knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but training will be provided.
