We are now recruiting for an energetic and experienced **Customer Service Manager** (2IC) to join our Ulladulla branch and assist the Branch Manager with the day to day management and performance of the branch. Helping to lead this already successful team to even further success and achievement.
**About the role**
- Helping to develop and drive sales initiatives for IMB's deposit, lending and 3rd party insurance products to achieve both branch and personal targets
- Generating and referring home lending, business banking and financial planning leads
- Managing the day to day operations of the branch ensuring compliance and audit requirements are met
- Supervising the team and assisting the manager with performance appraisals and feedback
- Working with team members to identify performance/knowledge gaps and assisting with one on one training and coaching as required
- Providing fast and efficient customer service
**About you**
- Previous supervisory/team leader experience with a collaborative and enthusiastic leadership approach
- Experience working in a busy retail environment with a proven sales track record
- A methodical work style with the aptitude to follow procedures and show initiative to identify area's to improve
- Some knowledge of or consumer lending experience preferably within a retail banking environment
- The drive and commitment to achieve both personal and team targets
- A genuine interest in helping customers
