**The Opportunity**:
The Parts Support and Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing the business units reporting requirements, identifying areas for improvement and liaising with stakeholders for corrective actions.

- Support the broader parts team, assisting with on-going and ad-hoc requests for information and insights.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to understand & deliver to their requirements.
- Design, maintain and improve existing supply chain reporting templates including supplier performance, Warehouse efficiency / accuracy and Inventory utilisation for Wholesale and Retail.
- Development of business focused dashboards.
- Prepare reporting on key metrics at required intervals.
- Manipulate and present data accurately & effectively to stakeholders.
- Identifying emerging issues, pinpointing areas of opportunity for improvement
- Assist the National Inventory Management Team with Vendor returns in line with Inventory optimisation projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain departmental policies and procedures as required by quality assurance.
- Prepare documentation for internal / external auditing requirements as required.
- Report on any DoA discrepancies and corrective actions
- Monitor and report on company HSE activities.
- Maintain and develop departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
