- 14 weeks paid parental leave - at full or half pay
- Hybrid, family-friendly and flexible working arrangements including substitution of public holidays.
- Salary packaging of novated lease vehicles
- Health & wellbeing benefits, including corporate health plan with employee discounts, annual flu vaccinations.
- Powerlink offers robust career and leadership development through integrated programs, fostering growth across all levels.

**The community you will join**:
In this important position you will be part of a professional and dedicated project services team, supporting the overall delivery of our CopperString project by providing timely and accurate project reporting to management and internal and external stakeholders.

**What is the CopperString Project?**

CopperString 2032 is the largest ever economic development project in North Queensland, and one of the largest expansions to the power grid in Australia.

The CopperString project will build 840 kilometres of transmission line from just south of Townsville in the Burdekin region to Mount Isa with the highest voltage levels in the state.

This project will further unlock the renewable energy potential of this region.

**Your expertise**:

- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in a project-oriented environment.
- Qualifications in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.

We’d also love you to have:

- Understanding of Earned Value Management methods and principles.
- Experience with real-time daily progress reporting tools.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Significant analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What matters most is your drive to make and impact for the millions of people we serve. Through our core values of accountability, customer service, teamwork and safety, you’ll strive to question and challenge the ordinary every day.

**Be the start of every possibility**:

A career that matters and lasts**: You’ll shape a progressive career connecting more than five million Queenslanders to a world-class, green energy future.
