**Overview**:
As the Sales & Business Development Manager at RentAAA, you will lead our efforts to enhance sales, structure & execute our business development processes, and maintain the brand's integrity. Reporting to the head of operations and driving sales, you will be instrumental to execute strategies that increase sales, enhance customer engagement, and achieve our sales targets with KPIs.

**Job description**:
- Generate new business across several industries.
- Coordinate and arrange kick-off meetings with prospects.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored IT solutions.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Participate in sales & marketing strategy meetings and align with required KPIs.
- Track sales closures.
- Working with the Sales Director to create ambitious yet achievable sales goals.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to the Sales Director on current and future business.
- Collaborating with marketing to drive lead generation.
- Drive strategic multi-level engagements with enterprise-sized customers to generate revenue for the business
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in business sales or related market.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical, to concerned team members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
**Salary & W**:
- $-k + commissions, based on experience and qualifications.
- 40 hours a week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
