The Allambi Care family is growing, with more than 800 team members, providing wrap around services in youth and disability support, clinical support, homelessness support, court support, outreach and intervention, education, NDIS and foster care.

**About the Role**

The Property Operations - House Review will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service delivery is being performed in each of Allambi Care’s Placements. The position will support the organisation in not only meeting but exceeding Allambi’s legislative requirements regarding the Care Environment.

**The role involves**:
**Staff Support**
- Engage in regular supervision with Property Operations Manager and identify any areas of support required.

**Administration**
- Accurately maintain house review databases and systems.
- Assist with the development of relevant agreements, procedures, reports, and related documents.
- Identify opportunities to improve services, processes, and systems within the department & across the organisation in order to achieve ‘best practice’ standards.

**House Review**
- Conduct reviews on client related files, safety, aesthetics and cleanliness of the home and perimeter of the property.
- Report back concerns and issues to the Department Director, Director of Organisational Development and Executive Officer.
- Document & monitor identified issues through to resolution.
- Ensure files are up to date in accordance with legislation.
- When required, work with the people we care for to create a home like environment that promotes safety and the organisations culture.
- Provide regular positive feedback on placements/teams that are implementing ideas and promoting a safe and homely environment.
- Promote the culture and framework of Allambi within the houses.
- Help build the capacity of frontline staff to take ownership within the placements.
- Encourage and promote a sense of accountability with frontline staff, by explaining the expectations and reporting back on the short falls.

**Position Requirements**
- Undertake additional tasks as instructed by Director Organisational Development.
- Attend meetings when required.
- Work unsupervised and effectively for extended periods of time while managing jobs.
- Always maintain clean and tidy work environment.
- Always maintain a professional approach and image when liaising with external organisations and businesses.
- Be aware of client behaviours at Allambi houses and ensure discretionary judgment is used when performing tasks on-site

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous administration experience within the property industry.
- Exceptional computer skills and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

**Must have these documents if successful**
- Current First Aid Certificate (Provide First Aid; Course Code HLTAID003)
- Drivers License
- Comprehensively insured vehicle
