**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a **Mentally Healthy Workplaces Consultant **to join our team at ReturnToWorkSA.

**The Role**:

- Proactively identify and engage with employers who may benefit from improvements in workplace mental health and provide tailored consultancy support based on individual workplace needs.
- Design, develop and deliver mentally healthy workplace workshops as part of the Employer Skill Building Program, or for specific industries or individual workplaces.
- Educate employers about RTWSA services and the benefits of a mentally healthy workplace including designing or linkage to contemporary tools, resources and educational materials
- Build collaborative partnerships with a range of external stakeholders to extend reach and influence to industries and workplaces in South Australia
- Measure the impact and outcomes of services delivered by the mentally healthy workplaces service and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide consultancy and advisory service for the services and products developed and maintained by Scheme Support, to assist in effective recovery and return to work of injured workers
- Maintain currency of knowledge regarding new and emerging mentally healthy workplace initiatives, and incorporate this into practice
- Tertiary qualifications in psychology / organisational development
- Strong knowledge of wellbeing, safety and injury management systems
- Extensive consultancy experience and ability to work with a diverse range of industries and workplaces
- Experience in designing and successfully implementing mentally healthy workplace programs, including development and delivery of training programs
- Demonstrated ability to conduct workplace mental health, safety and injury management system reviews and develop corrective action plans
- Strong working knowledge of the RTW and WHS Acts and associated Regulations
- Experience working in commercial environments

**What we offer**:
The total remuneration package for this position is starting from $117,404 (inclusive of superannuation).
