Job Description:


As a Rehabilitation Consultant with IPAR, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day with the ongoing support and mentoring from discipline specific leaders and managers.


You will undertake a variety of activities including:

  • Working with a diverse caseload to gain skills and experience in Workers Compensation, Comcare, CTP, DVA & Insurance referrals.
  • Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments (ADLS).
  • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
  • Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.

Qualifications:

As a Rehabilitation Consultant with IPAR, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits
  • A current driver license and access to their own vehicle
