**Responsible Gaming Officers - Casual Positions**

**The Juniors **is a thriving family friendly group of Clubs in Sydney with a growing membership and a dedicated focus on junior sport and community. Our Clubs are situated in Kingsford, Maroubra and Malabar.

We are seeking dynamic individuals with extensive experience in a Customer Service role preferably in the Hospitality or Club Industry to join our team.

This is a new position, and all training will be provided. The main duties include joining a gambling compliance support team where you will be providing support to any vulnerable members or guests, as part of the Club’s Responsible Gambling Program.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Providing excellence in customer service
- Ability to engage with people who may be at risk of problem gambling
- Impeccable time-management and team work
- Able to work nights including weekends on a rotating basis
- A focus on understanding and monitoring gaming related incidents
- Ability to report on all gaming incidents as required
- Ability to collaborate within the gaming team and managers
- Provide confidential support and referrals to relevant resources
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirement and procedures
- Conduct welfare checks and respond to time play alerts
- Assist in any gaming exclusion requests in line with procedures and confidentiality

Certification Required:

- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Responsible Conduct of Gaming

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
