**The company**:
Your new employer is a globally recognized specialist in their field, currently operating across multiple continents. The company was founded by a seasoned industry expert over 30 years ago who saw a gap in the existing market for a tailored, bespoke approach to offering a solution that no other competitors had identified. The business currently turns over in excess of $1bn and employs over 5,000 employees across multiple business entities covering Australia and abroad.

**The role**:

- Lead a successful AR team - provide direction, support and development opportunities
- Manage and creation of key reporting dashboards and visual metrics to assist with month end reporting packs
- Preparation of monthly AR reporting including, balance sheet reconciliations, refunds, debtor management, revenue and banking analysis
- Own the relationship between banking and insurance partners
- Manage policies and processes and further develop relationships with key stakeholders of the business
- Review and embed process efficiency and continues improvement

**About You**:

- Proven ability to manage a full function AR team
- Analytical skills and ability to build reporting metrics/dashboards
- Strong management skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Proven change management skills and an ability to cope under pressure and deadlines

You will have experience leading and managing an AR team, you will demonstrate your experience working through and leading change, you can articulate the value you have previously added as an AR or Revenue Assurance Manager.
