The Role

The Revenue Coordinator is responsible for supporting a wide range of strategic and operational processes that assist with the implementation of the organisation's revenue management strategy. This encompasses distribution, pricing, and yield strategies across all Parks.

The Revenue Coordinator will work closely with the revenue team and broader sales, marketing, and operational team to achieve business strategic and operational objectives.

Primary responsibilities may include but are not limited to: revenue reporting, PMS management and troubleshooting, yielding, inventory and rate management, channel management, competitor analysis, and daily administrative tasks as directed by the Revenue & Yield Manager.

The key purpose of the role is to maximise revenue opportunities under the guidance of the Revenue & Yield Manager.

About You

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to:

  1. Communicate well with internal and external stakeholders via effective verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Access, read and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  3. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Deliver a high attention to detail and competence in report management and development.
  5. Work to targets and budgets.

Essential skills that our ideal candidate will possess include:

  1. Strong functional/commercial experience in understanding business requirements and providing actionable insights for revenue decision-making purposes.
  2. Great communication skills, verbal and written.
  3. Proficient in Excel.
  4. Experience using RMS, or similar PMS software.

While not necessary, it would be great to have experience in:

  1. Hospitality revenue management or reservation's role.
  2. Working with OTA and third-party extranets.
