ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a great opportunity for a competent and experienced Event Specialist to take accountability for delivering events and engagement opportunities. The events form an integral part of our member engagement activity that supports the CA ANZ strategic objective to provide a world class experience for our members whilst promoting the CA brand. This varied role will see you build and manage relationships with our members by managing member enquiries, supporting the delivery of events and activities in NSW. Your customer experience expertise, event delivery knowledge and relationship management experience will be key to engaging with and delivering value to our membership.

These are a permanent, full-time roles with an amazing team. Our team based in Sydney forms part of an incredibly collaborative culture offering opportunities for involvement in projects and innovative initiatives, in addition:
**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- End-to-end face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events
- Creating marketing materials and campaigns
- Managing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating our regional social media activation and member communication
- Supporting local governance and member community groups and committees
- Member enquiries, interactions, and engagement
- Utilising salesforce case management, reporting, and monitoring

ABOUT YOU
You have a flexible innovative mindset, and a self-starter who can embrace change. You pride yourself on delivering results through client/member engagement activities/events. You are a self-motivated, driven high performer with a ‘can-do’ attitude with strong communication skills. To be considered for this you will be able to demonstrate:

- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within corporate, hospitality or membership environment
- Experience in organising events, including planning, logistics, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, vendor management and communications
- Virtual events experience
- Relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Impeccable problem solving, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to be agile and adaptable in a transformational environment
