The Role
- Managing website updates and back ups
- Designing, scheduling and delivering social media updates
- Developing and delivering digital advertising campaigns
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Critical thinker, ability to problem-solve and multitask.
- Create flyers and marketing materials across all programs
- Manage intranet updates
- Collect and format good news stories
- Create monthly newsletter across all programs
- Design a range of printed and digital collateral including
- Print: monthly flyers, product catalogues, branded merchandise, signage as well as preparing print ready files.
- Digital: website banners, social media content (brownie points for GIF and animation knowledge), google banners and EDM’s.

**Description**:
We will swipe right for
- A relevant qualification and/or significant industry experience in communications, marketing or public relations.
- You are either a university graduate with a strong portfolio and ability within the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft suite or have 3 - 5 years design experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project co-ordination skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media
- Experience working with professional associations or similar
- Graphic design skills
- Experienced in creating and producing animated videos or GIF
- Video Editing Skills

- Highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to high quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong personal values and commitment
- We are not only looking for someone with creative flair but a good fit for the team. A good sense of humor and a positive attitude is ideal. As well as the ability to work autonomously (take that brief and run with it) but also willing to be a team player when needed.
- You are honest, reliable and a problem solver.
- You have great attention to detail.
- You have the ability to juggle multiple projects at once and can prioritize projects accordingly.
- Experience with social media and digital marketing is an advantage but not necessary.
