The role involves:

- Customer service Administration and phone call support
- Order and credit entries
- Follow up on customer order tracking / ETA and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a growth mindset
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to learn new processes and systems, experience with SAP would be highly regarded
- Available for immediate start and interview
