Training and Development Manager

Centurion is seeking a Training and Development Manager to join our team, on a full-time basis, located at our either our Redbank or Rocklea depot.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor direct reports
- Manage and monitor the performance of direct reports.
- Drive continuous improvement effects to the company specific equipment and maintenance
- Assist in the review for continuing improvement of theory/practical training units
- Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health & safety requirements and road transport laws
- Regional and east coast travel required
- Prepared to undertake training where require, to meet company requirements.
- Maintaining accurate training records for compliance

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in conducting driving assessments
- Experience in delivering training
- Experience in driving multi combination vehicles
- Experience and knowledge in Workplace Health & Safety
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to train in Chain of responsibility, Fatigue Management, Load Restraint & Mass Management
- Experience in working for a large logistics company highly regarded

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Open MC Drivers Licence
- LF High Risk Licence
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Cert IV in Transport and Logistics highly regarded
