Key Outcomes and Accountabilities

**The aim of this role is to**:

- Develop and embed regulatory professional and technical competency frameworks and learning pathways to equip the QBCC People with education programs to support and drive a high-performance Regulatory culture.
- Take a customer-centric and teamwork approach in training solutions, and partner wit the Learning and Development team for all leadership and critical skills training.
- Ensure practical competency-based training is tailored to the needs of specific business units by designing for the purpose training materials and programs that reflect QBCC Regulatory Services requirements.
- Provide advice and options to senior management regarding training requirements and report on the progress of training initiatives in collaboration with senior management o identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing, and embedding regulatory theory and practice, and/or regulatory professional capability frameworks.
- Knowledge and experience in technical pathways and instructional design, and develop, deliver, and facilitate high quality training programs.
- Demonstrated skills in research and analysis to support senior level decision making and the development of strategies supporting adult learning.
- Demonstrated commitment to collaborative engagement and problems solving.
- High level written and oral communication skills including the ability to develop and conduct face to face/web enabled training and coach technical and regulatory teams.
