**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to support the delivery of a critical project for Victoria Police. The project focuses on Victoria Police's central role in the Victorian Government's Decriminalisation of Public Drunkenness reform agenda and supports the shift away from judicial response, towards a health-based model.
This is a high profile and complex project that requires flexibility, innovative thinking, organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You will report to a Senior Project Manager and will have primary responsibility for administrating all project and program processes.
Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.

**Your duties will include**:

- Contributing to the administration, monitoring and accurate reporting of Project and Program schedules, risks, and benefits.
- Administering, assisting and supporting the preparation of project related reports and briefings.
- Preparation of submissions, reports and advice on risks, issues and opportunities.
- Providing advice and support within a small team to deliver high quality project outcomes to support implementation of public drunkenness related reform.
- Contributing to Victoria Police key community safety objectives.

- Developed skills in administrative support.
- Excellent self-management for learning and maintaining personal wellbeing.

**Requirements and relevant information**:

- One (1) x full-time, fixed term position until the 30/6/2024.
- This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
