**The Company**
Our client is a well established Queensland business in the education sector. They have a newly created opportunity to work alongside their HR Manager to support the onboarding and recruitment duties within the organisation.
This would be an excellent step for someone who comes with prior exposure to Human Resources looking to develop their skills long term with a stable business and mentor.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work directly with their direction and support to assist with the following tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources
- Manage the calendar of the Director of Human Resources
- Maintain employee personnel records - paper and electronic
- Assist with updating internal phone lists, Staff Directory and House Allocations List
- Coordinate the Leave Requests process
- Assist with the advertisement process of positions on external sites
- Be familiar with all policies and procedures involved within Human Resources
- Keep up to date with relevant legal legislation as required
**About You**
- Prior experience supporting a corporate business with administration. Exposure to HR, Payroll or Recruitment specifically will be highly regarded although not essential.
- Prior experience and involvement with tidying up files, creating online filing systems and project work relating to obtaining information will be well regarded.
- By nature you will be an exceptional communicator with a high attention to detail and be able to liaise with a number of stakeholders across the organisation.
