**About the Company**

**Your Role**
As the Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the regions expanding across NSW, VIC, SA, TAS, and NZ. Providing strong account management to existing and long-term clients as well as identifying, establishing, and developing new customers and by growing our current business.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ensure all business opportunities are identified, qualified, and progressed effectively to build the company’s forward revenue pipeline while delivering successful outcomes with customers.
- Frequent travel to industrial sites remote from local territory is required.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders both internal and external customers, providing a centralized point of contact and coordination for account management, customer relationship activities and customer concerns.
- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of business products and persuasively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Research & monitor market conditions, competitors, technology & manufacturing landscapes.
- Advocating for the customer’s needs within the organization to ensure the creation for the best possible product.

**Key Criteria**
- Qualification within electrical and or mechanical is a must.
- A comprehensive grasp of motor mechanics and operation.
- Ability to service areas across NSW, VIC, SA & TAS and comfortable with frequent travel.
- Capable of working autonomously however strong ability to collaborate with the greater team.
