**About The Role**
Reporting into the Head of Customer Marketing Operations, you will drive the strategy and execution for our Premium cohort of customers and oversee all CRM operations, from campaign strategy and planning (eg. tone of voice), execution to optimisation and reporting. Understanding customer segmentation will help you be successful in this role.
You will ensure the successful delivery of CRM initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and lead continuous improvements in processes and workflows. As a senior leader with 1 direct report in a wider team of 7, you'll foster a high performing culture and lead by example.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the planning and execution of bespoke campaigns for the Premium cohort, ensuring alignment with the 6-week strategy and focusing on maximizing effectiveness and ROI through targeted communications.
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive Premium communications strategy, including copy, creative, and placements, to drive maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Oversee the delivery of the experimentation roadmap for the Premium cohort, prioritizing both customer and business outcomes.
- Hands on in ensuring CRM campaigns are seamlessly integrated with broader marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize efficient tracking, reporting, and monitoring solutions across all campaigns to ensure optimal performance and regulatory adherence.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and campaign optimisation.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
