**About the Role**

As the Team Leader in Sterilising Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee the allocation of duties to our dedicated Sterilising Services Attendants, coordinating work practices to meet the diverse needs of user areas. Your leadership will empower your team, providing them with the supervision and direction necessary to uphold departmental policies and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

In this dynamic position, you will also be at the forefront of implementing new procedures and innovative work practices. Your ability to inspire and motivate staff will be key to fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. **About You**
- Hold an AQF Certificate IV in Sterilising Services and extensive experience in a hospital sterilising unit.
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards 5369, infection control principles, and quality improvement programs.
