Reload Media is looking for a Content Marketing Executive who is enthusiastic and confident to work directly with clients and can demonstrate their interest in digital marketing, to join our growing agency.

This position is well suited to a recent marketing/journalism/communications graduate or someone with around 6 months - 1 years' hands-on marketing experience looking to build a career in content marketing.

**The Role**:
This role is responsible for bringing a creative, yet data-driven flair to all things content - think blog posts, downloadable content pieces, social posts, ad copy, and much more You'll be working across the full journey of content - from ideation, strategic planning, all the way through to production, editing and publishing

You'll be working within a multi-disciplinary team called a ‘pod' with between 5-7 other team members, and will work collectively on a group of clients majority of the time.

**What This Means You'll Be Doing**:
**_Client Engagement & Relationships_**:

- Looking after a portfolio of 5-10 clients in various industries and of different sizes
- Build strong, stable relationships with your key client contacts
- Ensure you understand client goals and objectives that will shape your content strategy and deliverables
- Presenting & pitching your ideas, deliverables and insights to clients on a regular basis

**_Content Strategy & Execution_**:

- Researching, planning and creating content briefs for a range of clients
- Working on content strategy projects such as content audits and developing rollout plans
- Combining creative strategy with data-led insights to propose content initiatives that get results and reporting on this
- Writing and editing content pieces for clients aligned to their customer insights and brand guidelines across a variety of mediums
- Ensuring all content produced is in line with SEO and broader digital marketing best practices

**_Team Collaboration & Integration_**:

- Working with the wider team to create holistic digital strategies and tactics that support your client's goals
- Creating integrated reports that show how your activity supports the other tactics we also manage for a client
- Supporting any aspect of the delivery of your client's digital activities
- be it helping to write website copy, editing ads or coming up with new creative concepts

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Ultimately, someone who has the passion for, and motivation to develop a career in content marketing
- Degree qualified in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, PR, Advertising or equivalent communications experience
- Experience in creating and executing digital content — ideally we are looking someone with up to 1 year in publishing, agency, in-house or freelance capacity
- Experience writing across a range of different formats; for example, across blogs, landing pages, ad copy and organic social media copy, etc.
- Strong attention to detail — exceptional spelling and grammar
- Creativity — An ability to be creative and approach problem solving with out of the box thinking
- A data lover — Someone who understands the power of using data to inform creative thinking and strategy
- A high level of personal organisation and the ability to take ownership and manage projects with many moving parts
- High level of confidence across the Office Suite (Excel in particular)

**Benefits & Salary**:
The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 plus Superannuation, based on experience.
