As our new Content Creator, you will inform, inspire, impact, and engage people living with Multiple Sclerosis and other Neurological Conditions (including their family, friends, and supporters) regardless of where they live in Queensland.

Reporting to the Marketing Leader, you will:

• Write, review, edit and update engaging content on the organisation's website, marketing materials and other digital platforms as required
• Generate various content types such as photo and video content, written articles and graphics or infographics
• Lead our customer stories by engaging with people in a respectful, empathetic and compassionate way
• Oversee the wellness and webinar program by creating resources to support and inform the MS Queensland community
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing/Communications/Design, or similiar
• 3+ years' experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, content creation, design, digital, and social media
• Ability to craft complex information into engaging online and offline content and find news value in content
• High level of initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and creativity
• Demonstrated ability to provide innovative solutions to marketing, brand and customer attraction
• Understanding of design concepts and adobe creative suite skills

A NDWS clearance and completion of NDIS Online Worker Training Module will be required for this role (prior to commencement).

How we help people living with MS and Other Neurological Conditions (ONC)**
_ We are a registered provider of information, education, treatment, care, and support:_
Our customer service team works with government and peak bodies to resolve including access to quality services and support.

In Queensland, nobody has a better knowledge of the disease nor assumes a greater role in education and raising awareness of MS than we do.

We provide employment support, support Services in NDIS approved independent homes, allied health services, support coordination and nursing.

Our Employment Support Service team who are comprised of allied health professionals, working under the Department of Social Services, DES, are all about success at work, whether it be assisting our clients with maintaining their current jobs or finding new employment.

Our Support Workers, Service Leaders and Service Managers provide specialised, quality, and individualised personal care to residents how and when needed.

We have 7 sets of apartments where we provide person centred care.

Our Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists offer sessions such as bespoke early intervention and MS symptom Management programs as well as NDIS access reports.

Our Support Coordinators with expertise and localised knowledge to support customers who have NDIS funding including people over 65 living with MND.

Our fundraising, events, and donor development teams do an amazing job in holding iconic events such as the MS Brissie to the Bay, MS Moonlight Walk and MS Swimathons to help raise crucial funds _to support and services for the almost 4,000 Queenslanders living with MS_
