**What You'll Do**:

- Develop a simple **performance marketing strategy** aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes defining target audiences, selecting appropriate digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), and allocating budgets effectively.
- Plan, set up, and execute digital advertising campaigns across different channels. Continuously **monitor and optimise** campaign performance, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Utilize data analytics tools to **track and analyse campaign performance**, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports to communicate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- ** Build extremely compelling offers and ads, **in partner with our Marketing Manager****:

- Constantly evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and adjust spending accordingly.
- Develop and execute **remarketing campaigns** to re-engage potential customers who have previously shown interest in the company's products but did not convert.
- Leverage **customer data and segmentation** to deliver personalised performance marketing campaigns, tailoring offers and messages to specific audience segments.
- Conduct regular **competitor analysis** to identify opportunities, stay informed about market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Keep yourself informed about the latest developments and **best practices** in performance marketing, and digital advertising to maintain a competitive edge.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years’ experience with Paid Media Marketing ( Search + Social )
- Proficient in data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience in marketing to enterprise/professional services a bonus
- Ability to understand enterprise IT and business leaders, and create effective ads
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

Important Note:_** This is a Fixed Term Contract role for 6 months with a requirement to work 1 day per week in our Brisbane office.
