We’re looking for highly energetic and passionate Senior professional with a deep understanding of the businesses, their drivers, and opportunities for growth.

As the Head of P&C Transformation and Enablement, you will be responsible for designing and leading the transformation of P&C processes, systems, and operational management. The primary focus of the role will be implementing strategic P&C Initiatives, optimising P&C operations across all areas and driving organisational change to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of P&C services.

The role is accountable for global adherence to risk and control management for all obligations and processes owned and/or managed by People Shared Services.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the data management strategy for P&C supporting the Executive, Data Steward to develop and manage data strategy and obligation management.
- Lead the P&C transformation of P&C processes and colleague experience.
- Collaborate with P&C and business leaders to access current HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementation of best practice.
- Develop and execute comprehensive P&C transformation roadmap, incorporating process improvement and system enhancements.
- Drive the embedment and adoption of global P&C systems and technologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and enhancing colleague experience.
- Provide guidance and support to P&C teams and business partners, promoting a customer obsessed approach and effective P&C service delivery.
- Develop a roadmap for improved colleague improvement.
- Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met and payments are made in a timely manner.
- Define and implement global P&C policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring consistency and compliance across all locations.
- Management of regulatory projects as required.

**To be successful in the role you will be/have**:

- Proven experience in driving transformation initiatives on a global scale.
- In-depth knowledge of P&C processes, systems, and best practice with a strong understanding of global HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in managing end to end P&C Processes and implementing HR system solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex global HR transformation projects.
- Continuous learning mindset.
