We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Database Coordinator to join our high-performing and energetic Telethon team. As the Telethon cause is growing, we believe so should our ways of working and are excited by this opportunity to recalibrate and build upon our success.

This is a very unique opportunity to implement changes to enhance, streamline and improve our systems and processes to support the core functions of the team and set us up for continued transformational growth.

**All about the Role**:

- Optimise and enhance the performance of our Salesforce CRM with a focus on improving donor and stakeholder engagement, reporting and segmenting capabilities and analytical functionality
- Support all departments in reviewing and streamlining our systems and processes to develop more efficient and effective ways of working
- Review and identify opportunities to improve and enhance integration between our online donation platform (Grassrootz), finance system (MYOB) and Salesforce database
- Develop reporting structures and features to support delivery of Telethon’s objectives and targets
- Develop written documentation, internal operating procedures and end user instructions
- Train and notify staff of changes to data entry and operational policies and procedures and provide ongoing technical assistance

**All about You**:

- Have in-depth knowledge of, and experience working with Salesforce CRM software
- Have knowledge or experience with a variety of Salesforce integrations including Formstack, SendGrid, Grassrootz and CRM Analytics
- Passionate about building systems and processes to effectively capture, manage and utilise high-quality data and information
- Experience working in the non for profit sector with a strong understanding of donor and partner relationships and fundraising processes
- Demonstrated experience in people, project and data management with the ability to work across a diverse range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience within a similar field, with a strong track record of achieving success in delivering organisation objectives in a complex environment
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a passion for implementing change and seeing out results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to occasionally work weekends to prepare for and participate in our Telethon events and activities
