This is an exciting opportunity for a leasing consultant/junior Business Development Manager to join a very successful real estate agency. This Agency is number #1 in the area.

**The Role**:
**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting a Business Development Manager/Leasing team
- Conducting open homes and inspections
- Prospecting for new business
- Application process including reference checks
- Conditions Reports
- Data entry into Agent Box & Property Tree
- Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
- Your Own Car & Driver’s License
- Previous Real Estate experience is ideal but NOT essential
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
