**About the role**

We are seeking experienced and qualified trainers and assessors to deliver and assess the BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills for classroom training.

**Essential skills and experience**
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the appropriate units to satisfy Trainer and Assessor requirements.
- Must hold the BSB20120 Certificate II in Workplace Skills
- Current industry experience
- Experienced in delivering training and conducting assessments to various student cohorts
- A clear and reportable professional development plan
- Good administrative skills in terms of training delivery, reporting and schedule management
- A Working with Children's Check

**Desirable skills and experience**
- Experience in working with and/or training people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Experience in working with and/or training students that may be unemployed or requiring additional employment support
- Good organisation and time management skills
