Just Digital People are excited to partner with our client during another exciting growth phase They are highly recognised in their space for their software solutions and are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join their successful and growing sales team in Australia.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage and maintain key relationships within the Enterprise level accounts
- Grow existing territory accounts to increase business revenue
- Responsible for achieving annual sales quota
- Strong collaboration with the pre-sales and wider team
- Engaging & conversing with key decision makers in Enterprise level organisations
- Identifying road maps for achieving greater business performance
- Identify key points, deliver & demonstrate valued proposals across the entire product offering
- Connect with C-suite, developing and maintaining key relationships
- Negotiate Enterprise wide agreements
- Drive the cross-selling and up-selling of products
- Create a network of relationships to facilitate sales & partnership agreements with key internal and external stakeholders

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor degree in either Business or similar is preferred
Minimum of 8 years’ Enterprise sales experience selling software solutions
- Contact Centre background is highly favourable
- A proven & established track record of hitting sales targets in Enterprise accounts
- Experience working with channel partners
- High level of business acumen
- Self-motivated, highly driven and ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with C-level clients
- Strong level of software/business solution selling approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Successful negotiation skills managing complex sales cycles
- Strong network of contacts dealing with internal and external stakeholders
