**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Leadership:

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and training to enhance the skills and performance of the sales professionals.

2. Market Analysis:

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the Victoria real estate market.
- Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market conditions.3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving complex client issues and inquiries.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and communication within the organization.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.

5. Sales Strategy Development:

- Work with the executive team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales strategies, making adjustments as needed.

6. Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a successful real estate sales professional, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
- Valid real estate license.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including local regulations and trends.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
