**Job Role and Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the recruitment and selection process including position description development, drafting vacancy advertisements, and posting advertisements on the campany website and various job boards as required
- Delivering temporary and permanent recruitment outcomes
- Make verbal offers of employment, negotiating salary and commencement dates
- Collate all recruitment paperwork, create new employee personnel files (electronic and hard copy)
- Ensure the employee on-boarding experience of new employees is adhered to and employees are inducted and oriented appropriately

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 1 to 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role across either agency or in-house recruitment
- Experienced with the full-cycle recruitment process
- Demonstrate experience across high volume recruitment in either Health, Medical or blue-collar recruitment desirable
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in rolling up your sleeves and working closely with managers across the organisation
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- National Police Check
- Current Victorian Carer Check
- Full working right in Australia
