Building Administrator/coordinator

**Duties will include**:
- Review of land purchase contracts.
- Colour and building materials selections for construction files and ensure adherence to developer requirements.
- Maintain construction files with relevant contracts, variations, permits and other required documentation.
- Co-ordination and scheduling of the various construction trades and ensure all conditions are compliant with relevant standards.
- Liaising with other external agencies to meet all construction compliance requirements, occupancy permits etc.
- Coordination and scheduling of Service & Warranty works with clients, suppliers & trades.
- Liaise with agents as needed regarding the property sale process.
**To be successful in this role you are required to**:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a pre-site and/or on-site construction role for residential home builds
- Familiarity with the residential construction process in Victoria including HIA regulations
- Working knowledge of land purchase contracts
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects in a team or autonomously
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Access
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
