The Recruitment Officer will work with the CALHN Recruitment Team to support our strategic ambition of attracting and retaining world class talent. As a member of the broader Workforce team the Graduate assists in the identification of business risks and provides administrative support to the team. This role would suit a final year or recent graduate in HR or related field.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting in gathering information and preparing documentation associated with recruitment.
- Working closely with various stakeholders to finalise recruitment-related documents.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and effective collection and dissemination of recruitment information.
- Assist the wider Recruitment Team as necessary.

We are seeking someone who:

- Is detail oriented and organised
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Can manage multiple priorities and high volumes of work to appropriate deadlines
- Possesses a knowledge of contemporary HR practices and approaches, human resource management and procedures
- Holds a relevant post secondary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field or relevant experience (desired)

**Essential Requirements**
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
