With two companies - one in Unley and the other Hendon, the positions on offer are full time and would suit someone with previous office and administrative experience.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, a confident communicator and pride themselves on their organisational skills.

**The Role**:

- First point of contact by telephone or face to face
- General reception duties including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Develop and manage office operations and procedures.
- Assist the team as required.
- Ideally, has previous experience working as an office administration assistant.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Presents an enthusiastic, friendly, flexible and professional demeanour.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Adelaide CBD SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
