**About the role**:
**Duties**:

- Answering all incoming calls and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Updating and maintaining the CRM and SharePoint site
- Supporting the administration team with website advertising
- Assisting with the setup of workshops for Entrée Training & Development
- Preparing documentation for meetings

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous administration experience
- Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
- Fast paced and reactive to immediate tasks
- Positive outlook and calm under pressure
- Organised and self-motivated
- High attention to detail
- Seeking a career in Recruitment or HR (study in Human Resources preferable), graduates are encouraged to apply
