We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Retail Support Coordinator to join our team at Lorna Jane HQ located in Eagle Farm.

About the Role
The Retail Support Coordinator is responsible for running the daily communication and support to our Lorna Jane stores and the retail leadership team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with key stakeholders to streamline, gather, and present organisation communication.
- Assist with resolving store needs with pre-determined guidelines.
- Action operational directives that support the functionality of stores, included but not limited to system updates, creating promotional codes, and ensuring content and/or tools are relevant and up to date.
- Setting up surveys, gathering results and interpreting data, as well as presenting outcomes in a comprehensive manner to key stakeholders in the organisation.

About you
- Prior experience within either an office administrator role or retail customer service role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of retail metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during challenging situations; with continued high levels of focus and enthusiasm, whilst remaining calm, professional, and composed.
- Must be able to professionally interact with team members, management, and both internal and external customers.
