About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at the DFO Brisbane Airport Store. This role involves motivating, developing, and supervising a customer-centric team. The Store Manager will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, aiding customers in selecting the best products, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Requirements/Skills
- Demonstrated management experience
- Strong emphasis on delivering an excellent customer experience
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor to foster strong relationships with customers and team members
- Highly driven and results-oriented
- Previous retail experience in fashion and/or footwear (preferred but not mandatory)
- Equestrian background (highly valued but not mandatory)
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Capability to handle tasks such as opening/closing the store, end-of-day procedures, and receiving new inventory
- Effective leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team
- Capacity to meet store sales targets and oversee store and team member KPIs
