As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. Based in Eagle Farm, the Demand Support Coordinator is dedicated to the coordination of all support activities for Service Capability Manager and the Program.

**Responsibilities
- Providing demand support in liaising with customers to receive and process orders
- Processing orders and related quotes utilising our enterprise resource planning system
- Tracking sales orders to meet customer requirements within set timeframes.
- Ensuring the timely processing of invoices and analysing data
- Maintaining accurate data records and monitoring various systems for errors, rectifying when required
- Maintaining strong external relationships with an emphasis on sustainable performance levels through the provision of superior customer service
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to work together and achieve sustainable outcomes for Thales Australia and our customers.

**Essential Skills**
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on various sales/administrative or finance tasks, ideally within a similar supply chain environment
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with an ability to problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
- Sound knowledge of business principles and procedures
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Occasional interstate travel may be required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance
