**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the East Melbourne territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, conduct product demonstrations, and provide technical support and expertise to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management, and actively contribute to sales meetings and strategy discussions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a role that supplies goods to businesses.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Experience using salesforce
