**Your Opportunity**

In the role of CRM Campaign Automation Manager, you will be pivotal in optimising tailored customer journeys through our advanced campaign automation and CRM platforms. This includes spearheading data-driven trigger-based customer journeys, implementing lead generation and nurture programs, and facilitating event invitations.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead, own, and optimise end-to-end trigger-based customer journeys leveraging campaign automation
- Deliver robust lead generation campaigns and nurture programs
- Leverage best practice and analytics to inform customer journey design
- Build audience segments and data extracts
- Optimise leverage of the firm’s campaign automation platform, support platform migrations and enhancements (scenario testing, user and business verification testing), issues resolution and business process improvements
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with the KPMG’s Spam and Privacy Policies.

**Experience**:

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with campaign automation and CRM platforms, including proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics Real-time journeys or comparable marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in designing customer journeys across multiple channels with marketing automation.
- Solid background in data-driven marketing, digital marketing analytics, and lead management.
- Strong knowledge of database management concepts, best practises, data queries and audience segmentation.
- Basic to moderate HTML knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Tertiary qualification in marketing or IT preferred.
