About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Program Support Worker for our Samaritan House You will provide temporary accommodation for men experiencing homelessness in the Geelong region.

Responsibilities include
- Ensure that the rooming house communal areas are kept in a clean and tidy state
- Contact point for guests in the event of an incident or emergency and be available onsite during nights per week
- Ensure external areas are kept clean and swept daily sweeping occurs
- Contact On-call as necessary

This is a fixed-term part-time position, contracted for 6 months from start date, based in Geelong, VIC. Salary and conditions are in accordance with SCHADS Level 2 Award.

What you will have
- Previous maintenance or lead tenant experience _(will be highly regarded)_
- A current Victorian State Driver's Licence
- A current Covid 19 Vaccine Certificate
