**The Role**:
The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for developing and implementing the organisations marketing strategy, managing the organisations brands, developing, and implementing key communications initiatives and building and managing new commercial relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for the provision of commercial insights to drive competitive advantage and business growth. You will be managing commercial relationship, contract negotiation, project planning, and risk management You will also be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and oversee all communications regarding programs/services, the organisations accomplishments and success stories to maintain a favourable public image for the organisation.
**You have the following key areas of accountability**:

- Planning, developing, and executing marketing strategy
- Product Knowledge
- Managing commercial relationships
- Manage internal comms and capacity building
- Leading and supporting the team through high quality practice
- Reporting and Budget Management
- Comply with relevant legislation as well as organisational policies, procedures

**Essential Criteria**
- Qualifications in Marketing or Communications or a relevant discipline and/or Practical experience. 4+ years’ experience working in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns that produce tangible and measurable outcomes within the budget.
- Good understanding of and experience with market research and negotiation
- Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously and productively as part of a team, and establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to an organisation
- Highly developed organisational, time management and delegation skills
- Excellent communication skills - staff, practitioners and patients - including problem solving and negotiation
- High degree of personal motivation including a positive and energetic style
