**About the role**
Join our dynamic team as a Project Support Officer and be at the forefront of transforming education across New South Wales Work alongside TAFE NSW, the Department of Education, and industry experts to elevate professional development for Early Childhood Education and Care professionals.
As a Project Support Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our Strategic Projects team, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, meticulous record-keeping, and confidential administrative support. Your impact? Smooth project execution and lasting impacts across regional, remote, and metropolitan areas, making quality education accessible to all through our innovative programs.
**About You**

- Hold a Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritise workflows and meet strict deadlines in a high volume, complex environment
- Excel at providing exception service, ensuring positive interactions with stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict deadline and driving successful outcomes
