**The Opportunity**
- Reporting to the Head of Learning Spaces, the Learning Technology Lead you will be creating the School’s digital campus experience. You champion the expectations of our learning technologies for our School’s immersive learning experiences. You are a master of introducing new, relevant technologies, at pace, and implementing in a sustainable manner.
- The Learning Technology Lead will share insights, capabilities and benefits that learning technologies can bring to MBS learners and clients, ensuring MBS stakeholders create the best digital learning experiences possible.

**In your role you will**:

- Create the School’s future ‘digital campus experience’ and take a leading role in transforming our learning spaces
- Support the rapid execution of a significant multi-million two-year digital learning infrastructure investment in alignment with School strategy
- Provide learning technologist expertise in defining what makes each of the MBS Learning Spaces exceptional, ensuring the spaces reflect the future needs of School learners
- Work closely and partner effectively with the Technology team to implement the new learning spaces roadmap (such as a virtual classroom, production studio, digital platforms etc.) to the highest standard, ensuring the learning experience and service is exceptional to ensure all MBS Learning Spaces reflect the premium, immersive and high touch experience expected of MBS
- Define and manage how new learning technologies are introduced to our School ecosystem
- Validate and introduce learning technologies to the suite of MBS learning technologies, ensuring to continually define and utilise a combination of services and technologies for the needs of different clients and experiences streams, e.g. live online learning, online learning, blended experiences, face-to-face experiences
- Implementation of strategies or efficiencies to reduce cost base
- Be a champion of personalised learning (and the supporting technologies that support this, e.g. AI-driven interaction) working with teams to ensure all learning communications, support and intervention are as highly personalised as possible
- Role model ‘future-of-work’ habits and digital fluency capability

**About you**
- You’ll be passionate about all things learning digital technology. You should be inquisitive, and open-minded and by leading the team - keen to contribute to a great culture and create superb learning experiences. In this busy role, no two days will be the same, so you’ll be comfortable prioritising a busy workload, shifting contexts quickly, whilst also developing relationships with multiple stakeholders.

**Ideally, you’ll also have**:

- A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent mix of education and relevant professional experience
- An extensive track record of validating, piloting, and introducing learning technologies in an adult educational setting
- A track record in higher education/professional services firms/global consultancy/large and complex private organisations working within a learning solution context
- Experience designing, selecting and implementing learning technologies that creates an effective and special learning experience, and that supplement/complement live learning
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple and concurrent development project commitments, and manage workloads whilst maintaining a high level of detail, accuracy and quality
- A practical understanding of cybersecurity considerations for software development
- A strong service ethic and engagement in continuous improvement, and innovative approaches to problem solving to generate high levels of client satisfaction
- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
- A sense of curiosity and demonstrated interest in learning technology trends and deciphering what matters from hype; the ability to ask great questions and find root issues
