**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Technology Service Delivery, Technology Resilience Leads (TRLs) oversee the continuous delivery of critical technology services at Origin Energy.
As a Technology Resilience lead, your role involves driving automation, fostering technology innovation, and fortifying IT service continuity. By collaborating closely with our security practice and leveraging your extensive experience in 24/7 Corporate Technology solutions, you’ll provide leadership in a fast-paced environment.
This role is a 6 month contracting opportunity, covering a paternity leave absence.
**Why this role matters?**
- Manage production incidents and inherent risks to service delivery with an unerring focus on driving prompt and practical service restoration.
- Drive problem management activities to identify and address direct, contributing and root causes across people, process, and technology. This also includes actively managing an increase in the volume of proactive problems (PPM).
- Ensure operational processes meet audit requirements, providing end to end traceability for transactions across multiple integrated suppliers.
- Ensure all operational services are sufficiently monitored to deliver the required business outcome.
- Support the ITSCM framework and process to deliver stable and reliable services.
- Validate high profile changes delivered into the production environment are fit for purpose.
- Partner with Origin Security Operations (SEOPs) to assure our security posture.
**What will you bring?**
- Have worked as an **Incident Manager** with **at least 5 years** ITSM experience within an** enterprise organisation**.
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure & Networking technologies.
- Experienced in roles where the primary purpose was coordinating 1st, 2nd and 3rd level technical and business resources to resolve identified problems.
- Ability to Command and Control, remaining calm under pressure, prioritise conflicting demands and be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Role requires work outside of business hours including nights and weekend and on-call outside of business hours.
