**As an experienced teacher, you will have sound and practical knowledge of current teaching practice and professional requirements. You will have experience working with colleagues and ideally a passion for child safety and experience working with the education sector. Additionally you will have**

**SPECIALIST EXPERTISE**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education
- Current full teacher registration and recent teaching experience / work in the education profession
- A current Australian drivers license is required as the role has a requirement to travel within metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
**About the role**
Salary range: $89,004-$100,984 plus statutory super

Support teachers to meet registration requirements, including developing & maintaining practice against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
Contribute to the development of policy and resources (including the development and delivery of presentations across the state) to support teachers to meet their regulatory requirements.
Contribute to decisions and actions within the VIT related to standards of teacher professional practice and conduct.
