Career Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Officer - Fellowship Support Program to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the fast-paced and rapidly growing GP training programs. Reporting to the Team Lead – FSP, you will manage registrar case support, coordinate training activities, maintain program databases, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of GP training and compliance with policies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to a cohort of registrars and coordinating their training activities with medical educators and operational staff. Monitor program databases to track registrar progress and ensure timely delivery of relevant information. Serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of general practice training programs
- Manage case support, coordinate training activities, and maintain program databases
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Provide high-level customer service to a cohort of registrars and coordinate their training activities

Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in administration within complex organisations
- Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
