_**Events & Programs Coordinator - Education and Experiences**_

We are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team of Events & Program Coordinators in our Education and Experiences team.

Our mission is to build global harmony and wellbeing through culturally diverse educational experiences across Australia, that foster enriching learning opportunities that celebrate diversity.

**Overview of our products/services**:

- Education and Experiences: Working with diverse cultural presenters Australia-wide to deliver programs, resources, and experiences which share culture through the arts.
- Creative Services: Event entertainment and event management services.
- Diversity Atlas: World’s first, diversity data-analysis platform that provides insight into cultural and demographic diversity within an organisation.
- Sound Infusion: Music arranging platform featuring a comprehensive database of instrument samples from around the globe.
- Inclusion Atlas: An app where you can discover, review and share places and spaces based on inclusivity.

Cultural Infusion is an official observer of the _2005 UN Convention of the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions. _

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Relationship Liaison & Maintenance:_
- Maintain relationships with key arts, culture and related associations.
- Maintain relationships with educational providers, local government and community organisations and other clients.
- Administration & Management:_
- Manage program booking details in Zoho CRM System
- Process Bookings and Events from enquiry to fulfilment
- Process Contracts and feedback
- Maintain effective and timely communication
- Source, update and maintain contacts databases for cultural presenters Australia-wide
- Support the National Schools Team to develop marketing material, and promote the

school programs

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
- 2 years equivalent experience preferred
- Proficient administration skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to easily build rapport as well as a natural ability to connect with diverse groups.
- Knowledge of and sensitivity in dealing with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Australia’s rich diversity of ethnic communities
- Demonstrated experience in database management programs and/or booking programs
- Self-motivation and an ability to work autonomously with excellent time-management skills
- Organised with a high attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously
- Commitment to working in the arts industry, especially in multicultural/diverse arts, arts management or arts education
- Working knowledge of education and arts sectors preferred
- Strong and confident communication
- Interest in intercultural understanding, education, world cultures, music and art

**ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS**

Applicants must have proven skills and experience working with the following programs/software:

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Type at least 50 Words Per Minute

**DESIRABLE SKILLS/QUALITIES**
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Event Management Experience
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
